Hello and BRRRR!

Right now, the chill of Winter is being felt across the country. Hopefully, you and yours are staying warm and healthy.

At Previa Alliance, we are excited about this new year. We have a list of goals that we are actively working toward that we believe will help us help more women. One of those goals includes adding to the variety of pregnancy and postpartum educational resources already available on your Dashboard. We are connecting with more experts who are sharing their expertise with us via new videos and podcasts.

This is a reminder that you should visit your Dashboard often to see the latest videos and podcasts posted. You can also track your Screening scores, update your profile information, access articles, and connect to therapy.

This month, we want to highlight Dr. Claire Smith. She is a reproductive psychiatrist who has recently joined our Advisory Board and has begun sharing videos regarding reproductive mental health. We've posted her newest videos below.

You'll also want to check out Jenny's seven-part series, Learn How to Breastfeed. Regardless of what they tell you in the hospital, nursing isn't as easy as putting the baby's mouth on a nipple! Jenny, a certified lactation consultant, breaks down every aspect of breastfeeding for new mamas!
